수집하는 정보
의뢰 신청 시 이름 또는 활동명, 이메일 주소, 의뢰 내용, 사용 목적, 선택적으로 입력한 일정·예산·요청사항과 첨부한 참고 이미지를 받습니다. 의뢰 상담과 답변 이외의 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
보관과 삭제
홈페이지에 저장된 신청 정보와 첨부 이미지는 접수일로부터 1년이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 수락·거절 답변 등 Gmail에 남은 이메일은 별도로 관리하며 1년 후 직접 삭제합니다.

이용하는 서비스
홈페이지 제공과 보안 확인에는 Cloudflare, 신청 정보와 첨부파일의 비공개 저장에는 Supabase, 답변 메일 발송에는 Google Gmail을 이용합니다. 신청 내용과 첨부파일은 관리자만 확인할 수 있도록 관리합니다.
Google 계정 연결
관리자가 본인의 Google 계정을 연결하면 이 앱은 관리자 대신 신청자에게 답변 메일을 보내는 권한과 연결 계정을 확인하는 기본 정보만 요청합니다. 받은편지함을 읽거나 수정하는 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 연결을 해제하려면 Google 계정의 서드 파티 연결 설정에서 앱 접근 권한을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
Google API에서 받은 정보의 사용과 전송은 Limited Use 요건을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 따릅니다.

Privacy notice
When a commission form is submitted, MAYA collects the applicant’s name, email, request details, optional information and reference images solely to discuss and respond to the request. Website records and attachments are deleted one year after submission. Correspondence stored in Gmail is managed separately and manually deleted after one year. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, email momoru0705@gmail.com.
Cloudflare provides website and security services; Supabase stores application records and files privately; Google Gmail sends the administrator’s replies. The administrator’s Google connection requests permission to send mail and basic information to verify the connected account, not permission to read or modify the inbox. The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
